duct ProIntroduction: Auditorium Chair with Double-Section Backrest
Detailed Description of Core Materials and Manufacturing Process
The essence of this double-section backrest lies in the deep integration of material science and furniture craftsmanship. We use high-performance eucalyptus wood as the base material, endowing it with life through exquisite wood shaping techniques, and offer a variety of high-end surface treatment options. The final product is a support art piece that combines structural stability, superior touch, and visual elegance.
Shaping Art: Wood Mold Pressing Technique
The smooth curves and sturdy structure of the two-part backrest are achieved through the core wood mold pressing technique.
Precision mold forming: Dry eucalyptus multi-layer boards are placed in a specially designed mold that perfectly conforms to the curvature of the human spine.
High-temperature and high-pressure molding: Under precisely controlled temperature and high-pressure conditions, wood fibers become flexible and can perfectly conform to the mold, allowing for the one-time pressing and shaping of seamless double-section backrest blanks. This process ensures:
Precise curve: The transition arc between the upper back and the lower back is scientific and smooth, with no visible seams.
Integral structure: The backrest is made from a single piece of material, without the structural weak points caused by joining. Therefore, it is much stronger than simply bent or assembled components.
Internal stress release: The forming process simultaneously releases the internal stress of the wood, significantly reducing the risk of cracking or deformation due to environmental changes.
